About Noelle
Miami born. Italian raised.
Born in Miami and raised in Florence, Italy, Noelle carries both places with her: Miami’s warmth and momentum, and the Italian instinct to slow down, gather, and make everyday life beautiful. She returned to Miami in her early twenties, but Florence still shapes the way she moves through the world.
She is a mom, a passionate home cook, and someone who believes food is one of the most meaningful ways to care for people. Family, the kitchen, and time around the table are as central to her life as time on the mat.
After years in the corporate world, she made a big change at 35 and began teaching yoga at 36. Today, she is a Lead Teacher at Mimi Yoga Studio, where all of her permanent classes are held across Wynwood, Aventura, and Coconut Grove. She also subs at Sol Yoga when needed, but does not have a permanent class there.
For Noelle, health and fitness are not confined to a yoga class. They are a way of living, moving with intention, eating with pleasure, staying curious, and creating the energy to show up fully for family and community.
Her classes are strong, intentional, and deeply human: a place to challenge yourself without losing the reason you came, to feel more like yourself when you leave.
